You'll own the end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers, acting as a strategic partner to ensure they achieve measurable business outcomes. You'll develop strong executive-level relationships, drive retention and growth, and influence product direction through customer insights. You'll thrive in a fully remote, async-first environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships across complex organizations
- Build tailored success plans with clear milestones and KPIs
- Identify expansion opportunities including upsell and cross-sell
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
- Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
