  • Own end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships across complex organizations
  • Build tailored success plans with clear milestones and KPIs
  • Identify expansion opportunities including upsell and cross-sell

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
