• Manage and oversee the entire Change Management lifecycle
• Review, approve, or reject changes within SLA timelines
• Lead and facilitate CAB and Emergency CAB meetings
• Conduct impact assessments and develop risk mitigation plans

• Experience with IT Change Management processes
• Knowledge of ITIL standards
• Ability to facilitate CAB meetings
• Analytical skills for impact assessments
