Description

You will design, stabilize, and scale the operating systems that enable the Factory Systems team to perform as a Tier 1 factory technology organization. You'll drive execution across ERP, PLM, MES, automation, and warehouse initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and shape long-term operating models.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Business Operations or similar roles in high-growth environments
• Proven ability to drive structure in ambiguous environments
• Track record of improving execution across multiple teams or functions
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain
• Systems thinker with bias toward action and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across Factory Systems initiatives (ERP, PLM, MES, automation, warehouse)
• Align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
• Stand up and scale teams, establishing operating cadence and accountability structures
• Design and implement processes to improve coordination and execution at scale
