  • 7-10+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success in SaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS.
  • Proven track record managing complex technical initiatives for enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical acumen with APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cloud platforms.
  • Experience defining scope, managing delivery plans, and coordinating multi-workstream projects.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with contact center or customer experience platforms.
