You'll serve as a senior technical advisor to complex enterprise customers, ensuring long-term success through strategic enablement. You'll bridge customer stakeholders and internal teams to drive product adoption. This hybrid role blends technical leadership with relationship management.

- Lead complex onboarding and advanced feature deployments for enterprise accounts.
- Define solution scope, delivery approach, and technical roadmap.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executive and operational stakeholders.
- Analyze product usage data to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 7-10+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success in SaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS.
- Proven track record managing complex technical initiatives for enterprise customers.
- Strong technical acumen with APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cloud platforms.
- Experience defining scope, managing delivery plans, and coordinating multi-workstream projects.

- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with contact center or customer experience platforms.
