This role acts as a key strategic advisor, shaping compliant workforce solutions for global MSP programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze global labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Translate complex legal requirements into actionable business guidance.
• Develop and enhance global compliance frameworks and policies.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and legal teams to design compliant solutions.
• Produce client-facing compliance insights and updates.

📋 Requirements

• Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• 8–12+ years of international labor and employment law experience.
• Proven experience advising multinational organizations on complex compliance.
• Strong ability to translate legal concepts into business-focused guidance.
