💼 About This Role

You'll manage hydrogen demonstrations at Toyota's Woven City, a test course for mobility. You'll oversee operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate communication with stakeholders to advance carbon-free energy projects. This role offers the chance to shape hydrogen business models in a unique real-world environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project schedules and break down high-level timelines into actionable tasks
• Define KPIs and monitor project health for hydrogen demonstrations
• Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution with equipment providers and stakeholders
• Manage communication and build relationships across internal and external teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or technical trade school in engineering
• 3-5 years of professional experience in energy, engineering, manufacturing, transport, or heavy industry
• Experience managing day-to-day operations of a facility or equipment
• Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese and upper-intermediate English
