🎯 What You'll Do
- Independently solve complex operational challenges across HR domains
- Lead global HRIS implementations or significant policy overhauls
- Proactively monitor HR data integrity and conduct audits
- Mentor junior teammates and drive collaboration
📋 Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Workday or Dayforce
- Demonstrated mastery of the entire employee lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of global immigration processes
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
