  • Independently solve complex operational challenges across HR domains
  • Lead global HRIS implementations or significant policy overhauls
  • Proactively monitor HR data integrity and conduct audits
  • Mentor junior teammates and drive collaboration

📋 Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Workday or Dayforce
  • Demonstrated mastery of the entire employee lifecycle
  • In-depth knowledge of global immigration processes
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
