💼 About This Role

You'll lead the North America Deal Desk function, ensuring operational excellence and scalable revenue growth. You'll act as a senior advisor on complex deal structures and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal. This role offers the chance to shape regional deal strategy at a growth-stage company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the regional Deal Desk team, executing global vision and direction.
  • Advise on strategic regional deals, guiding negotiation strategy and risk evaluation.
  • Deliver enablement training on pricing, deal structures, and quoting tools.
  • Collaborate with Product and Finance to launch new products and monetization models.
  • Define regional business requirements for CPQ and quote-to-cash tech stack.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to optimize global pricing and deal management strategies.
  • Experience leading and scaling regional Deal Desk teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong expertise in CRM and CPQ systems, including regional business requirements.

  • Experience at late-stage companies transitioning to public.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
