You'll lead the North America Deal Desk function, ensuring operational excellence and scalable revenue growth. You'll act as a senior advisor on complex deal structures and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal. This role offers the chance to shape regional deal strategy at a growth-stage company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the regional Deal Desk team, executing global vision and direction.
- Advise on strategic regional deals, guiding negotiation strategy and risk evaluation.
- Deliver enablement training on pricing, deal structures, and quoting tools.
- Collaborate with Product and Finance to launch new products and monetization models.
- Define regional business requirements for CPQ and quote-to-cash tech stack.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to optimize global pricing and deal management strategies.
- Experience leading and scaling regional Deal Desk teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in CRM and CPQ systems, including regional business requirements.

- Understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
