🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with sales team in client meetings
• Consult with customers to understand needs and drive solutions
• Architect solutions independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrate features and functionality of recommended solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years with full stack Observability platforms like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog
• 3+ years with infrastructure monitoring solutions like Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, Nagios
• 2+ years with log management solutions like Splunk Enterprise, Sumo Logic, Elastic
• 5+ years acting as a consultant for clients in pre-sales and solution development

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with event management systems like ServiceNow Event Management
• Experience with Incident, Problem and Change Management, CMDB tools and processes
