💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to support students in K-8, managing behaviors and implementing behavioral programs. You'll maintain classroom order and safety while providing targeted teaching and general support. Staff hours are 7:15 am to 2:45 pm on a 10-month school calendar.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors and report concerns to staff
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data
• Maintain classroom order and safety
• Provide general supervision of students inside the school

📋 Requirements

• ISBE Paraprofessional (PARA) Certification required
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students
• At least 23 years of age
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress
