💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to repair and maintain a modern fleet of heavy equipment and aerial lifts using diagnostic technology. You'll work independently on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems at customer sites. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to shape a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Use technology to create work orders and diagnose issues remotely.
• Travel to customer job sites for on-site repair and maintenance.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; must be 21+.
• Must own tools applicable to position.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred.
