Description

You will perform environmental reliability, performance, and abuse testing on lithium metal battery packs and modules. You'll build test platforms, document results, maintain equipment, and ensure lab safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field
• Over 1 year working experience in lithium battery industry
• Experience in battery safety testing
• Strong learning ability and practical ability to operate test equipment independently
• Good professional ethics with no legal disputes

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental reliability, performance, and abuse testing on battery packs and modules
• Build test platforms and solve testing issues
• Document test processes and fill in original records
• Operate and maintain test equipment per quality management system
• Assist in daily laboratory management
