🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production code for core backend services
• Own features from concept to deployment and iteration
• Collaborate with ML, product, and design teams
• Contribute to system architecture and trade-off decisions

📋 Requirements

• Founded or was early technical lead at a startup shipping production code
• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience
• Comfortable building inside AI/ML codebases

• Experience with our tech stack (Kotlin, Python, Flutter, Rust)
• Interest in mental health or AI for social good
