Description

You will join the in-house Legal team to handle regulatory compliance matters across multiple markets, including data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising regulations. You'll develop policies, maintain a regulatory library, review marketing materials, and coordinate with external counsel.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in regulatory compliance for data privacy, consumer protection, marketing, and advertising
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related legal field
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory compliance in data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising across Hong Kong, China, US, and other jurisdictions
• Develop and implement internal compliance policies
• Maintain regulatory library and track regulatory developments
• Review and approve advertising, marketing, promotional, and packaging materials for legal compliance
• Coordinate with external counsel and conduct compliance trainings
