💼 About This Role

You'll maintain the security, stability, and performance of Pico's internal infrastructure and client trading platforms in a mission-critical environment. This is a customer-facing role providing operational support to trading clients in the financial services industry. You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and exchanges to ensure reliable, secure trading systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide operational support for infrastructure and client trading platforms.
• Perform technical investigation and troubleshooting of platform issues.
• Own incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Develop automation scripts for deployment and maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a production operational environment supporting critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
• Experience with virtualisation technologies such as KVM, VMware ESXi, or Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and Ansible automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or trading industry.
• Experience with HPE and Dell server hardware.
• Familiarity with ITIL operational frameworks.
