You'll be the trusted advisor for enterprise customers adopting Tavily's AI-powered search platform, guiding them from onboarding to renewal. You'll shape customer AI/agentic roadmaps and drive long-term value. This role combines technical product expertise with strategic partnership at a cutting-edge AI company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of Tavily's platform
- Develop scalable onboarding materials like tutorials and best-practice guides
- Monitor customer health, usage metrics, and identify churn risk or expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure seamless customer journeys
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS
- Experience with developer tools or AI/LLM-based platforms
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Strong commercial instincts with renewal and upsell experience using CRM tools
