You'll handle customer inquiries across calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced eCommerce platform. You'll resolve billing, technical, and navigation issues while ensuring a seamless user experience. You'll also review creator applications and help prevent fraud. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere in Chile while contributing to platform improvements through user feedback.

- Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with empathy
- Assist users with billing, technical issues, and navigation
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases
- Review creator applications for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor transactions to prevent fraudulent activity

- Strong passion for customer service and quality experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency with computers and multiple systems
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
