💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategic integration of Camunda's technology within Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), driving automation and orchestration practices. This high-visibility individual contributor role accelerates ARR growth through comprehensive enablement and strategic alignment, reporting to the Sr. Manager of GSI Partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale dedicated automation/orchestration practices within Tier 1 GSIs
• Develop and execute comprehensive partnering strategies and joint value propositions
• Drive partner enablement through sales and technical training programs
• Generate partner-sourced pipeline through targeted new business initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling a technology practice with Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators in NA
• Deep industry experience and strong business acumen in automation and orchestration space
• Exceptional relationship management skills navigating complex GSI environments
• Strong partner enablement skills designing effective sales and technical training programs

• Experience working directly with or for a Global Systems Integrator
• Demonstrated autonomy with multiple stakeholders and high ambiguity
