  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers within a reseller segment.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for revenue expansion and retention.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs and usage.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer goals and priorities.

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise customer portfolios.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior leadership and C-suite.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales is highly preferred.
