๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers within a reseller segment.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for revenue expansion and retention.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs and usage.
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer goals and priorities.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management or enterprise sales.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise customer portfolios.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior leadership and C-suite.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales is highly preferred.
