You'll own technical support for a cutting-edge voice AI platform, debugging complex issues and building AI-driven support workflows. This role combines hands-on engineering and team leadership to ensure world-class reliability and scalable support economics as the company grows rapidly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex support tickets for a production AI platform
• Build and configure AI agents to reproduce customer issues
• Design AI-driven support workflows and internal tools
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of support engineers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical support or support engineering
• Experience with a developer-facing product in production
• Proficiency in debug and code in Python and JavaScript
• Experience building or configuring AI agents or LLM-powered systems

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year at a startup in a support engineering role
• Experience with telephony, webhooks, and APIs
• Experience with observability and alerting tools
