🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Director of Operations to achieve academic, cultural, and operational goals
• Lead professional development sessions using adult learning best practices
• Coach teachers through classroom observations and real-time feedback
• Manage instructional leadership team and cohort of teachers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree required
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• New York State Principal Certification required
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets

• Experience leading or supporting charter school operations
• Experience supporting students and families in Buffalo, NY or similar communities
