• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Production Operatives
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action
• Resolve production issues and bottlenecks
• Oversee inventory management and cycle counts

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in production
• Team leadership and performance management skills
• Production processes and quality control knowledge
• Health and safety compliance experience

• Experience in print production environment
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma
• Qualification in logistics, warehousing, or operations
