💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions team in Muncy, PA, maintaining and repairing pump, power, and HVAC equipment. You'll use our T3 platform to diagnose issues and track service intervals, working smarter with real-time data. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest equipment in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution, HVAC, and oil-free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer sites.
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track service intervals.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to calculate nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read schematics.
• Must own tools applicable to position.

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months).
• Trade school certificate.
• Experience in equipment service, maintenance, and repair.
