🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as the point person for specifications on projects
• Mentor junior team members and manage workloads
• Maintain currency in building science and contract law
• Write and edit architectural specifications

📋 Requirements

• Specification writing experience in architecture or construction
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or architectural technology
• Knowledge of building science and contract administration

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Specification Practitioner (CSP) or RSW certification
• Experience with multi-phase project delivery methods
• Knowledge of sustainable certification standards (LEED, WELL)
