💼 About This Role

You'll support a Resident Chef in driving business results at a Sur La Table store. You'll manage culinary staff and ensure exceptional cooking classes while maintaining sanitary conditions. This role blends culinary talent with teaching and leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Model and direct employees to meet customer service standards.
  • Deliver exceptional cooking class experiences using provided recipes.
  • Maintain sanitary conditions and proper food storage/prep.
  • Coach culinary employees and provide performance feedback.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of progressively responsible kitchen operations or management experience.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent Sous Chef experience.
  • Valid Food Handlers / Food Managers Certification.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated successful teaching and training experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and motivate teams.
