• Act as technical product lead for core platform areas.
• Partner with Product and Support to translate user pain points.

• Experience designing and delivering large-scale stateful architectures.
• Implementing distributed transaction patterns like sagas and idempotency.
• Building reconciled workflows with audit trails for financial operations.
• Baking in observability and fault tolerance from day one.
