Description

You will assist in maintaining wind turbine mechanical, hydraulic, and electric components to ensure safe and profitable operation. This includes troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation while working a flexible on-call schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Level I); Associate's degree or 1 year turbine experience (Level II)
• Able to climb towers unassisted up to 300 feet
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform wind turbine mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical component maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair SCADA communication systems
• Document work performed, parts used, and time spent
• Maintain hand tools and operate service vehicle
• Lead maintenance crews and mentor lower-level technicians (Level II/III)
