💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Legora for our clients post-sale, guiding them from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal. You'll own the customer journey for a growing book of highly intellectual clients—leading law firms across the DACH region. This role offers the chance to build long-term, strategic relationships with top firms in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new clients
• Drive product adoption through structured enablement and check-ins
• Identify expansion opportunities and negotiate renewals and upsells
• Monitor customer health metrics to reduce churn risk

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in engagement management or client advisory in B2B SaaS
• Track record of driving customer retention and expansion
• Experience with legal or regulated industries or strong learning ability
• Strong project management and onboarding experience
