Description

You will help redefine what is possible with observability and security data by building the first observability warehouse, Imply Lumi, on Apache Druid. Collaborate across teams to design and deliver major features that enable customers to unlock speed, scale, and value from their data.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building scalable services in Java or similar
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, AWS or similar cloud providers
• Experience with relational and/or OLAP databases
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain micro-services and backend software in modern Java
• Develop and maintain state-of-the-art features within Apache Druid
• Lead design and development of major features across teams
• Coordinate with PM, UX, frontend, and backend engineers to deliver major initiatives
• Be on-call for production issues (2 weeks per cycle, 4-6 times per year)
