You'll build and scale the operational infrastructure for NerdWallet's fast-growing wealth management business. Your core impact will be owning the full client lifecycle from prospect to long-term servicing, bridging revenue operations, marketing sales performance, and advisory workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end revenue operations including CRM and pipeline reporting.
• Build cohort reporting frameworks tracking acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Design and continuously improve client onboarding experience.
• Develop operational dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations or strategy roles.
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, Looker, or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
