Lead and oversee end-to-end operations of Order Management, Finance Customer Support, Billing, and Provisioning teams at Asana. You will develop scalable processes, drive cross-functional alignment, and implement systems implementations to support global growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years leadership in billing, order management, and customer support, preferably in SaaS
• Proven track record managing complex operations during periods of scale
• Expertise in systems implementation and process automation
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of Order Management, Finance Customer Support, Billing, and Provisioning teams
• Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to support global growth
• Drive cross-functional engagement with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Project manage key systems implementations including CRM and billing platforms
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies
