You'll manage customer relationships and order fulfillment for a global toy and FMCG company. Your core impact is ensuring seamless onboarding, compliance, and logistics coordination between customers, internal teams, and 3PL providers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead new customer onboarding and vendor setup.
• Manage order fulfillment, compliance, and EDI integration.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and 3PL logistics.
• Monitor payment status and resolve billing disputes.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics & customer service.
• Fluency in English, Polish, and French.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with order fulfillment and inventory management.

• Experience with 3PL or co-packing coordination.
• Knowledge of EDI and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
