You'll build and manage relationships with clients and brokers to originate and analyze commercial mortgage opportunities across Canada. You'll structure complex loan transactions for senior management approval, ensuring they align with underwriting guidelines and ROE requirements. The role requires travel for site inspections.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and structure commercial credit opportunities for conventional mortgage products
• Communicate daily with origination, credit, and funding teams
• Procure new commercial transactions through external contacts and events
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and manage deal flow deadlines

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of commercial mortgage experience as analyst, account manager, or underwriter
• Post-secondary education in business or finance
• Proficient credit skills with institutional construction lending experience
• Solid knowledge of secured lending and commercial mortgage market factors
