🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and implement training project plan for volunteers and staff.
• Design and develop training materials (processes, policies, procedures).
• Manage training schedule, equipment, and room logistics.
• Track training invitations, acceptance, and attendance.
• Present training material to large audiences.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training.
• Experience designing comprehensive training materials within organizations.
• Experience in project-based training and large-scale team integrations.
• Experience managing high-performance teams.
