You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers of FINN's Autoabo, guiding them from inquiry to subscription. Your core impact is ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty while actively driving revenue growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise customers proactively throughout the subscription process via phone and email.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal customer care and team goals.
• Apply communication strategies to enhance customer retention.
• Collect and relay customer feedback internally for product improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Customer advisory experience or similar role in sales/service.
• Service-oriented mindset and independent problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken German.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
