You'll lead the legal function at a fintech company transforming credit cards, serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team. You'll manage a small in-house team and oversee corporate governance, financing, and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a small in-house legal team
• Oversee external counsel relationships and budgets
• Lead corporate legal matters and governance
• Drive legal support for partnerships and transactions

📋 Requirements

• JD and active bar membership
• Trained at a top law firm followed by in-house experience at a high-growth tech company
• Experience in financial services (cards experience is a plus but not required)
