💼 About This Role

You'll oversee electrical inventory management for high-value components powering modular data centers. You'll ensure precision kitting and schedule alignment to support assembly teams. This role is critical to mission-critical infrastructure reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee intake and organization of sensitive electrical components.
• Lead kitting for complex electrical assemblies per production schedule.
• Manage WIP electrical sub-assemblies with production and engineering.
• Perform inspections of electrical hardware before kitting.
• Maintain ERP accuracy and lead root cause analysis for variances.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years warehouse experience with electrical components.
• 3+ years handling electrical, industrial control, or power distribution.
• Digital inventory system proficiency and ability to interpret BOMs.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation in tight-clearance aisles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Electronics manufacturing environment experience.
• ESD protection protocols and certification.
• Lean Manufacturing tools like Kanban or POU replenishment.
