This role stands out for its fully remote flexibility across multiple European countries and direct involvement in corporate startup strategy.

• Review and update processes for site contract management at regional level.
• Line manage a team of contract and budget associates.
• Allocate resources and forecast workload for new business.
• Report and manage contract metrics and productivity.

📋 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent in scientific or healthcare discipline
• Experience in Site Contracts departments in CRO
• Experience dealing with big healthcare institutions in North America for clinical trial agreements
• Experience in people management remotely
