Description

You will develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards for hardware product design and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the product lifecycle, and lead quality improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience focused on QMS and hardware development.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality methodologies (RCA, FMEA, SPC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities
