Your core impact will be measuring success, removing obstacles, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize value.   • Build and strengthen customer relationships with success plans
  • Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate regular meetings and report customer status
  • Act as primary escalation point for issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in customer success or account management
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in procurement, supplier risk, or accounts payable
  • Ability to prepare formal Executive Business Reviews
