You'll manage a portfolio of customers to drive platform adoption and ensure their success with Ivalua's cloud-based spend management solution. Your core impact will be measuring success, removing obstacles, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize value. This role uniquely blends business and technology topics, requiring strong people skills.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen customer relationships with success plans
- Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Coordinate regular meetings and report customer status
- Act as primary escalation point for issues
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in customer success or account management
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in procurement, supplier risk, or accounts payable
- Ability to prepare formal Executive Business Reviews
