🎯 What You'll Do
- Research and connect with potential clients to generate qualified opportunities.
- Manage inbound leads, qualify and route them to the sales team.
- Build and refine outreach playbooks and templates.
- Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to build relationships.
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years of sales experience (BDR, SDR, retail, or B2B).
- Competitive drive and persistence to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Self-starter mindset with ownership of outreach and pipeline.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and convey value.
