🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research and connect with potential clients to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads, qualify and route them to the sales team.
  • Build and refine outreach playbooks and templates.
  • Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to build relationships.

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience (BDR, SDR, retail, or B2B).
  • Competitive drive and persistence to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Self-starter mindset with ownership of outreach and pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and convey value.
