💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the connective architect between Hopper's fintech technology and strategic partners across APAC, owning the end-to-end partner experience from implementation to ongoing optimization. You'll combine technical delivery, product expertise, and account management to drive measurable business value and identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementations and UAT across multiple accounts
• Conduct QBRs combining technical metrics with business outcomes
• Design scalable intake, triage, and escalation workflows
• Analyze usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• SQL literacy and understanding of software architecture
• Experience in Technical Account Management or similar hybrid role
• Strong judgment in evaluating issue severity and operational urgency
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Intermediate or advanced SQL skills with BI tools
• Familiarity with API debugging and SaaS platform operations
• Experience with Jira Service Desk or ticketing systems
