Description

You will support the Revenue Operations team by reconciling accounts, following up on rejected claims, and collaborating with third-party partners. This role requires strong attention to detail and experience with Medicaid and commercial claims across multiple states.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with medical insurance AR
• 1+ years experience in insurance verification with Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, and commercial payers across multiple states
• 3+ years experience with Google Suite (sheets, docs)
• Experience navigating state Medicaid and commercial insurance portals
• Highly detail-oriented with insurance and claims data

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging by region to identify overdue accounts and coordinate follow-ups
• Reconcile AR regularly to resolve discrepancies and denials
• Address payer inquiries and resolve payment issues through the appeals process
• Verify insurance benefits, medical necessity, and authorization guidelines
• Interpret EOBs/ERAs and resolve related issues
