Join Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, as the Director of Value Engineering for Financial Services in North America. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to drive customer value journeys, translating institutional goals into realized PL impact, and serving as executive sponsor for strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years in people-management in Management Consulting, Value Engineering, or Financial Services Operations
• Deep understanding of Financial Services value chain in Banking and Insurance
• Experience with C-level stakeholder management and executive sponsorship
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into operational solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-Level executives to map bank and carrier strategic goals to Celonis capabilities
• Drive the COO/CTO agenda by designing solutions with robust ROI models
• Scrutinize pipeline health and allocate resources to maximize ARR growth
• Orchestrate delivery of complex transformation programs across value chains
• Lead and mentor a multi-tiered team including Client Value Partners and Value Engineering leaders
