💼 About This Role

You'll join the Group Tax team as an Employment and Expat Tax Manager, supporting a dynamic internationally mobile workforce. You'll ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions and advise on complex cross-border tax matters. This role combines global mobility expertise with UK employment tax knowledge in a purpose-driven news organisation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure robust processes for global mobility tax and social security compliance
• Oversee expat payroll and tax vendor relationships
• Manage UK employment tax reporting obligations (PSA, P11Ds, IR35)
• Advise on tax implications of remote and flexible working

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in expat (global mobility) tax compliance
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment tax compliance
• Experience managing cross-border tax obligations
• Solid understanding of accounting principles

• Professional tax qualification (e.g. CTA, ATT or equivalent)
