You'll lead a team of Global Payroll Leads overseeing client payroll implementations across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll drive process standardization and operational excellence in a fully remote, high-growth environment. This role connects Sales, Payroll Ops, Product, and Client Experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Global Payroll Implementation team
• Oversee delivery of global payroll implementation projects on time and compliant
• Standardize and improve implementation processes, tools, and documentation
• Serve as primary stakeholder contact for implementation progress and risks

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations in complex environments
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and compliance
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams with autonomy focus
• Project management skills balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
