Description

You will partner with business and technology teams to translate business needs into Agile-ready solutions for banking software platforms, focusing on data accuracy, traceability, and regulatory readiness. You'll analyze data across systems, support reporting and integrations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in SQL and relational data analysis
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and ETL processes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria using Agile and Jira
• Analyze business and technical requirements including legacy apps, databases, and APIs
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Support UAT by defining test scenarios and validating results
• Define and execute test plans for complex software applications
