🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead client meetings to provide updates, capture requirements, and track action items.
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and validate CDP configurations.
  • Manage project planning and execution using tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Coordinate with solution engineers to ensure accurate implementation and QA.

  • 4+ years in Technical Account Management, MarTech consulting, or digital implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, ideally Tealium (AudienceStream, EventStream, iQ)
  • Understanding of MarTech ecosystems and activation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarity with APIs, JavaScript, and data-layer architecture concepts
