You'll provide individualized ABA therapy one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress in skill development. This part-time role offers supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and ongoing training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism with clients and families

📋 Requirements

• Current RBT Certification
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field
• Bilingual Spanish/English
