You'll join the loudest store in the mall to help create an amazing experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll provide customer service, share fandom knowledge, and assist with visual merchandising. This role is all about fostering a fun, fan-focused in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at the register.
• Assist with planogram changes and visual merchandising.
• Help maintain stock room organization and store cleanliness.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
